INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS, FAMILIES OR SMALL GROUPS IN THE ORDINARY DAYS

Individuals, families and small groups can book for scheduled visit dates (click here). You will find a list of all events in chronological order and can click on the one that interests you.

Reservations are mandatory in advance. They are valid for discounts and reductions (ENTIRE DISCOUNTED or REDUCED tickets) if made on our website (click here) before 12:00 on the preceding Wednesday.

After this deadline, bookings remain possible and we will allocate tickets subject to availability up to the same day, but with a ENTIRE or FREE ticket (under 10; disabled or invalids with a percentage higher than 67% to be documented on the spot).

Alternatively, these two other booking methods are available (which are NOT valid for the purpose of taking advantage of discounts and reductions):

• Only written messages to 3397349949 (only whatsApp message) or to 3426433395 (only sms message).
• In person, at the Alba Sotterranea info point (operating on the tour shifts on the calendar dates) in Piazza Risorgimento no. 2 (known as ‘del Duomo’) in front of the tourist office or Town Hall, or in the cold months (from 8 December to the end of February) inside the church of San Giuseppe, Via Vernazza 6.

BOOKINGS FOR GROUPS ON ANY DATE

It is possible for groups to book a visit on any date, booking at least one week in advance, and send an e-mail to info@ambientecultura.it with the following info: number of participants, language (Italian/English/French), desired date and time, name and mobile phone number of the group leader .

PLEASE NOTE: By group we mean at least 20 units, by small group at least 10. Smaller numbers mean a private visit (see next paragraph)!

BOOKINGS FOR PRIVATE VISITS ON ANY DATE

Send an e-mail with the same information requested for groups to info@ambientecultura.it with at least three days’ notice.
