Fossil shells specimens here exhibited belong to Monteu Roero, Priocca and Asti teritory and are representatives of the whole Piedmont Third Basin. The exposition, which is made up of  about 250 samples that belong to 160 different species, represents only a small part of the whole collection, which have tens of thousands examples related to more than 800 species.
